We use Notion as our knowledge management system, and a subpar CRM. We just recently adopted hubspot, and will likely use Zapier to integrate the two.
My question is, other than importing leads from Notion, in what other ways can you optimize the Hubspot and Notion integration? Interested to hear how others use both programs in tandem!
Would be great to get a native integration between notion and HubSpot so that its easier. We use notes in HubSpot as our knowledge management system but know that Notion is fast becoming number 1 in this area and would like to enjoy the fruits of both.
+1 to this! I am trying to get the husbpot charts to be automatically popping up in our Team home knowledge base, Notion. Has anyone done this with zapier?
Same situation for me, have been using Notion as a subpar CRM and recently started using Hubspot. I like how hubspot integrates with Outlook and helps keep track of emails.
At the moment I’m tracking all my Interactions manually in Notion as these include, LinkedIn DMs, Whatsapp messages, Emails, Video Calls and Meetings.
I am considering building a public Notion integration for the HubSpot marketplace. I see many interesting use cases in this topic, and I’d like to chat with each of you to learn more about them. In particular, I’m curious about specific problems that you would like to solve with the integration and how you see them solved(if you have any ideas). The more details, the better.

I’ve built a Notion-HubSpot integration that tackles some key pain points!
Hi everyone!
I’ve been following this discussion and I’m excited to share that I’ve built a Notion-HubSpot integration called Linkle that addresses several of the challenges mentioned here! While there’s still a lot of exciting development ahead, it already solves some real problems.
What it does right now:
Workflow Automation: Create Notion pages and database items directly from HubSpot workflows - no more manual data entry! See how it works →
Real-time CRM Integration: View and manage your Notion pages directly inside HubSpot records with custom integration cards. Learn more →
Status Synchronization: Automatically update Notion database item statuses when HubSpot records change (deal stages, lifecycle stages, etc.). Check it out →
Try it risk-free
I’m offering a 7-day free trial so you can test the current features and see how they fit your workflow!
You might see some warnings during installation - these are temporary! I need 3 companies actively using the integration before I can list it in the official HubSpot marketplace. Once that happens, all warnings will disappear.
I REALLY want YOUR feedback!
This is the most important part! I’m actively building new features, and your input will directly determine what gets built next. Whether you’re dealing with:
HubSpot charts in Notion dashboards
Multi-channel interaction tracking
Team collaboration workflows
Custom automation needs
Or anything else
Please reach out to me at olehmotnyk@getlinkle.com - I’d love to understand your specific challenges and potentially build features that solve them! I’m also happy to help with setup if you run into any issues. Your feedback will literally shape where this integration goes next.

We are seriously thinking about getting Zapier to do the integration between Hubspot and Notion but Im fearful that the integration wont work with the starter pack (Hubspot). Has anyone here tried it and know whether its optimized for pro?
Many teams handle this by syncing contacts, companies, or deals from HubSpot into Notion databases via automation tools. The key is keeping data updates reliable in both systems. Besides Zapier/Make setups, Skyvia can also work here if you need more structured HubSpot data sync or scheduled updates between systems.
Ran into this exact gap so I ended up building a native Notion to HubSpot sync called NoteLinker. Happy to answer questions if it’s useful to anyone here.
