How do YOU define process definition, data governance, and tech stack management?

1. I define process definition as clearly notating the steps from both customer and team sides- what is needed to be done on each side, and how the system can not only support each step, but accelerate the overall process while costing us less.
2. I define data governance as how we’re not only building custom fields across any and all applications being used, but also making sure anyone can step into a role that may need to make data decisions or report data into any portion of the system, and be able to correctly input or understand and interpret what’s going on.
3. I define tech stack management (as my strong suit :joy: thank you hubspot academy) but no, I view it as being able to not only understand what’s moving between all the different softwares and which direction, but being able to troubleshoot and optimize the systems to cost the least and hum.
