Can someone help me with how to sort out all your own employees / all e-mails from the marketing statistics and data? Like you can see below the Top Engaged Contacts are from our own company Landbonord.
It gives a misleading picture of the whole data analysis.
Can anyone help? I will be very happy!

Unfortunately, you can’t. I submitted a request to the product team a while ago about this: Exclude internal contacts from marketing email analytics and form submissions reports
I’d recommend upvoting and commenting, the product team reviews these requests based on their popularity and this one is getting good traction.
There’s one workaround which requires you to create separate recipient list for employees and non-employees. Both lists would be added as recipient lists to your marketing email. After the send, you can use the dropdown at the top of the marketing email performance page to filter the reports below:
