How do I remove Communication Subscriptions and Website Activity cards?

I have customised all of the different layouts for Contacts however I cant seem to find anyway or remove the Communication subscriptions and Website activity cards on the contact screens - they are near the bottom left.

How do I remove these? They are no use for me.
