I need to be able to export call, email, and activity data into an excel sheet. How do I do this so that it shows who call history and notes?

Unfortunatly, you can’t export timeline data/engagements from HubSpot currently.
There are third party services that can access this information via the API, usually to migrate them to another system, so this sort of approach might be possible for what you are trying to do too.

Do you ever see this being a function? Is it something if we purchase the custom reports modul?
Why can’t this be an exportable capability? They are basic fields with data…
The honest answer? It provides a strong dis-incentive to migrate away from HubSpot to another tool. No tool wants to make this easy for you.

Using a 3rd party plugin to export call/email data is NOT an accepted solution. HubSpot should STOP farming out responsibilities that should be an inherent part of the solution that WE PAY BIG $$ for.
We are looking to do the same exporting call + notes data. Is there a way to do that from HubSpot without having to use a third party service?
I was able to extract notes by using Ultimate Data Export.

Hi Phil, is there a way I can export calls and have in the same export the columns indicating Lead Status and Lifecycle Stage? I can’t find this option in the Callas/Export/Columns.
It’d be great also to be able to print out the call logs / notes directly from HubSpot as opposed to copying and pasting them externally.

Would very much like to export all communication with a contact (including call logs and attachments) - Why isn’t this available? Emails are available. Why not notes and call logs?
I too am wondering how to export a log of the email activity of all my contacts.
This action is very important to migrate data, the sales team would be affected by not being able to follow up on contacts
