You can monitor your API calls by following these steps here: Developer platform - HubSpot docs
This will give you a list of all requests made to your app using an OAuth access token. It can be filtered by HTTP method, response code, timeframe, or request URL.
I’d recommend to check if you see anything unusual here.

I am on Free version, how many daily limits apply on API Private app calling are allowed in a daily or monthly limit?
