Some of the Default Objects are not relevant to my business. I want my employees to stay focused and not exploring Objects, Properties, and other things that do not apply to their role.
An example would be a Sales person does not need to see what the Marketing team is doing. Or a Sales guy does not need to see what the Service team is doing.
Not every person should be allowed to see all objects. Like Custom Objects.
Are you listening Hubspot? We should be able to disable objects we don’t find relevant to our business and then we don’t have to see them anywhere. And we shouldn’t have to pay extra for this either!

We only work with customers, soloprenuers, coaches and consultants. Always an individual, and never more. We have no need for any of the company related information and it is EVERYWHERE. For us it is distracting clutter. It might as well be a horoscope related object. Being able to remove or archive all company related Objects, properties, reporting, dropdowns, etc, would be a massive boost to our HubSpot quality of life.
As someone coming from Salesforce, this is a massive feature missing.
Whether it’s built-in objects, like Tickets, we would like to be able to remove. Or it’s a custom object, that only serves a small purpose like admin logs, but everyone can see it front and center on their Menu.
It even looks like a Toggle, but I can’t toggle it off.
