I’m wanting to create a workflow that enrolls contacts if their create date is in the last 90 days. I can only find a way to do this with particular dates, rather than a rolling 90 days.

This should do the trick?
However, if you intend this to be rolling, you might as well set it up as “Create date is after Jan 17”. A rolling date range of 90 days in a CRM where the create date can’t be backdated is equivalent to saying it was after the date that is 90 days before today. Which is Jan 17.
