Help with needed CTA tool

I just joined HubSpot with a Starter Bundle (CRM~CMS). I configured my DNS so that HubSpot is my website provider, and the connection is working.
The next step is to select a website theme. I chose a paid theme called Clean. But the “Buy” button is greyed out. Hovering over it, a popup says it needs access to the CTA tool.

I’m lost here on how to proceed; any ideas?

The CTA (Call-To_Action) Feature is only available in HubSpot Marketing Pro.

The Clean Pro Theme requires access to the CTAs feature to be installed.

There is a light version of the theme which may work?

I’ve heard great things about the Theme and the company, I’d reach out to them to see what they suggest.
