I am trying to fix my header menu from the template I have.
Currently it it doesn’t show a logo/icon for the menu and nothing happens on pressing it.
Same on mobile.
Any idea how to fix this?

I am actually seeing a white hamburger menu on mobile and it works for me when I click on it:

However, since it’s a Marketplace theme, I’d recommend contacting the makers of the theme for support if it’s not working as expected.
It looks like it’s the Relxo theme by MagicalMtas and you can find their contact information on the sidebar of the Marketplace page.

However, I still don’t know how to fix the primary language of my homepage. There is no way to edit on the language page?
You can set your domain’s primary language from your general settings and the page’s language from page settings. More here.
