We want to have the ability to be able to assign multiple users to be Approver for quotes. We were in a situation where we needed to approve a quote right away but the user was not available until the next week. We want to be able to have at least 1 or 2 other users who have the authority to approve quotes as well.
We created an “Alternate Reviewer” property (type HubSpot user) and defined a workflow that adjusts the reviewer everytime the Alternate Reviewer is set (event style trigger). People get used to it.
