neither of the forms on either of your links does what I think you are wanting. Your wanting your form to hang outside of the section containing it, correct? If so, this is just a matter of some simple positioning css. https://www.w3schools.com/css/css_positioning.asp
Yes, that is just a little css positioning magic. set the container for the form (a group wrapper or the form module itself) to position: relative; height: (banner height);. set the form itself (not the form module, the form it contains) to position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; right: 0;. if it get cut off you will need to use overflow: visible; on any elements cutting it. as long as your banner hieght is smaller than your form it will overhang the bottom. Hopefully this doesn’t seam to comlicated, but after you do it you’ll see it’s a pretty simple and cool trick with many uses.
