GTM Tracking for new multistep forms

Hey!
So the new hubspot forms appear to not allow for the normal GTM triggers that were previously available.
Our old forms were set up using this solution which seems to be the standard solution of looking for a onFormSubmitted event and sending the event data to GTM.
This no longer works in our new hubspot forms, and based on what I can see there’s no way to get it to work either.

I’ve seen various other posts in the forums stating that there’s no solution. I’m just wondering if anyone may have come up with a work around?
I’ve seen this thread on the forum, but the solution seems to essentially be “don’t use the new hubspot forms” which I’m hoping to avoid!
It seems wild to me that Hubspot would release new forms without this simple feature!

Yes, I can confirm that the lack of direct GTM event support in the new form editor is a current limitation. Our product team is aware of this and is planning an update to include this functionality.

In the meantime, the legacy form remains a viable workaround for tracking GTM events.
