Google PageSpeed Insights - LCP optimization for mobile

Hi there,
Website - inboundmantra.com (created using webflow)
Problem - Search Console is showing Core Web Vital error
I checked this website on Google page speed insight.
Our aim is to get the LCP and FCP indicator green on mobile and desktop.
For desktop we are achieving our goal, but in case of Mobile, it turns green only when we remove the HubSpot tracking code and GTM code…and removing tracking codes is not a plausible solution.
Is there any specific way to optimize the LCP and FCP for mobile?
