SOLVED: Enhanced Conversion
I have solved it by using Google Tag Manager and kept the redirect link to thank you page and it works totally fine

Additional Step which it didn’t mention - Create a custom variable: In order to add a phone and email to be able to send it to Google Ads
Create a Tag and trigger your tag with a custom event in order to capture the data
