Google Ads contacts not tracking

Hello,

Our Google Ads contacts are not syncing.

When we visit Marketing > Ads > Google Ads, none of the contacts appear next to the campaigns, ad groups or keywords.

We are generating contacts from the Ads as we have set unique UTM parameters for the advert links and we can see multiple contacts listed with the parameters.

Any ideas on why the contacts aren’t syncing with the Google Ads?
