When creating goals for a team we want just to add valua to the goal process when the deal is won but if you put 0% chance on a deal stage it prompts as lost.

When you set a goal for a team. The goal progress adds all the (% of
succes x value of the deal) of the stages in the pipeline. I would like to
add the value of the deals only when the deal is won.

Have you looked into revenue goals? This is exaclty how they behave for me: Create service goals
Only closed won deals are counted towards the revenue goal.
