Need endpoint for getting a list of all currencies via API

Totally agree - having to maintain a static currency list to get back to “company currency” creates a bit of a challenge on data and reporting accuracy.
Product item currencies should be able to be static though as we wouldn’t want pricing changing on a daily basis in the currency for which they have been applied
And an endpoint to update them!
In addition to this, we need update all currencies via API.
