Dear community, I’m exploring ways of automating notifications sending to email and/or Slack when there are changes in HubSpot Deals. We want to automatically send notifications to respective team members when there is a new activity in a deal or the stage/name was changed as it has direct impact on our business results. Has anyone else found a way to automate this process in HubSpot or are there any 3rd party tools that can help with this?

This is definitely possible via the Slack integration with HubSpot! I would recommend creating a deal-based workflow with the enrolment trigger ‘deal stage was updated in the last day’ OR ‘last activity date was less than 1 day ago’ and make sure to enable re-enrolment. For the action, you can select one of your Slack channels and add the text and properties you’d like to include in the notification.
