Hi, I implemented gdpr delete. I deleted one contact and then I wanted to import contact with the same email, but I got error GDPR_BLACKLISTED_EMAIL. How can I add back this contact?
Hi @KMeckier,
If you GDPR delete a contact, you cannot manually re-add that contact to the system, see here: “In HubSpot, GDPR deletion includes a blocklist functionality, which means that once a contact is GDPR-deleted, you will not be able to add them back to your account in the future. This functionality is supported by anonymized data.”
However, “If a GDPR-deleted contact chooses to fill out a form on your website, they will be added back to your account.”
If you made a mistake by GDPR deleting the contact, you could submit any form on behalf of this contact to re-add them. If the contact has however asked for the deletion of their data, you should not do this as it would be a violation of the GDPR. In general, this feature is not meant to be bypassed.

Best regards!
I had a similar problem, I had to call the our customer and aske then to email into us.
The Nuclear delete option should really be in the backend settings, not as part of what looks like a standard delete function.
