GA integration with HubSpot Wordpress plugin

We would love if the GA and Google Tag Manager integration, which is controlled throught HubSpots cookie popup would work through the Wordpress plugin.

This way if companies like mine which still uses Wordpress for our website, and HubSpot for landingpages, would be able to use GA and the same cookie popup accross the two different systems.

Right now we have created our own script that checks if users have said “yes thanks” to cookies via. HubSpots cookie popup. If so, then GA gets put on, otherwise not.

The alternate, which I will also post, is that the WordPress HS tracking code would properly bucket all the pages so we could use more of the analytics features in HubSpot for our WordPress sites. But linking to GA would work, too! (Maybe even better!)
