Funnel dashboard

Dashboard reports doesn’t reflect the real information. Funnel is not showing proportly the information of the “deals stage” as it should be… How can I fix it? Thanks

Hi @Enerdealers,

Could you please be a bit more specific? What are you expecting to see vs. what are you actually seeing?

One important note about funnel reports is that they will automatically filter by records entering the first stage within the specified date range. If a record skipped that stage or entered it outside of the date range, it will not display.

Thanks Karsten. That’s the point. In my understanding, it dos’nt include the real information. You cas see in the attachements…

@Enerdealers can you please share a screenshot of the report filters? Without seeing any date values in the screenshot, there’s no way to verify whether these should show up in the report or not.
