Thanks for reaching out to HubSpot Community! Glad to brainstorm on this here.
You may consider reviewing this integration for easybill here. It appears that this app should sync over Customers, Invoices, Products, Services from easybill in to HubSpot. The first step of creating the recurring invoice in easybill will still be required. From there though, the invoice should sync to HubSpot and you should be able to setup a workflow that centers on a monthly date or the invoice date, determines if an invoice has been paid and then send a reminder email to the customer if it has not.
I don’t personally have exerpience with easybill but if the data syncs over similiar to the Quickbooks integration, the invoice object would live under the deals object and you could create a deal-based workflow (with atleast a sales hub professional or higher subscription) to complete the automation described above. I’d like to share this article on how to create a workflow for reference.
Hey Elyse,
yes, thanks a lot for the recommendation. We checked with them and they are
not able to add data on a company level, which is for our b2b service
