the only thing i see that is free is looking at it ??
Hi @rinjosh420
Once you’ve signed up and signed in, HubSpot will send you a series of emails that will guide you through setting up your free account. Personally, I run my own online business using the free account because it is very robust and as my business grows, HubSpot will grow with me as I add paid features.
Expect to see some HubSpot branding, but all-in-all, your free account includes:
- Contact Filters & List Segmentation - 25 static lists and 5 “Smart Lists”
- Contact Website Activity Tracking
- Task lists and task management
- Automatic Company Insights (not all companies are supported)
- Email Logging and Tracking with notifications
- Gmail and Outlook Integration
- Lead Capture with Forms
- 1 automated follow-up email per Form.
- Paid Ad Management - Limits: 2 connected accounts with up to $1k spend limit for 30 days.
- Conversations (or team) Inbox
- 1 Deal Pipeline (for deal tracking)
- 5 Email Templates
- Facebook Messenger Integration
- Website Chatbot
- Website Live Chat
- Mobile Optimization
- Access Permission (depending upon user roles)
- 1 Reporting Dashboard for a quick snapshot of your business (includes 10 standard reports)
- 5 included Snippets
- 1 Meeting Link
- 2,000 “mass-marketing” email sends per calendar month. One-to-one emails do not count against this number.
- “Click to Call” - 15 minutes per user per month over VOIP (or connect your landline).
- 5 Trackable Shared Documents.
PLUS
- You still have access to HubSpot’s Help desk.
- You can add features as your business grows.
HubSpot is pretty intuitive and offers a lot of support to help get all these features set up (yes, even for free HubSpot users).
Sign up. Give HubSpot a shot and reach out to the Help Desk or the community here if you need additional help.
I hope this helps. If it does, please mark it as a solution to help others in the community.
Thank you.
