Forms Page Shows No Submission Data

I recently created a form in HubSpot and embedded it into my WordPress site. The purpose of the page is for it to act as a landing page for an e-brochure we’ve created. We have the users enter their info to gain access to the e-brochure and thus generate contacts that are fed back into HubSpot.

If I’m on the forms page in HubSpot I see the form listed, but it shows that it has been viewed 0 times, 0% submission rate, and 0 submissions. If I click on the 0 submissions, it does bring up the two submissions that I sent myself. I can export the data and that’s all good, but on the Forms page in HubSpot it shows no data for this form until I click into it. It shows how many submissions there are for other forms we’ve created, but not this one in particular. Any idea what’s going on?

Hi @GSchoenbaechler ,

If you change the date range, do you see the number of “submissions” change? I believe by default the Forms page shows the result of last 30 days, so if the submissions didn’t happen during this period it won’t appear in the Forms top page.

Hi @natsumimori,

No the form was just made in the past few weeks, but I realized the issue. I was sending it from an excluded IP. Thanks for the help.
