We’re loving the multi-step options and dynamic redirects on the new forms; however, we’re experiencing lower than expected completion rates, and we believe the button layout is partly to blame.
The Previous and Next buttons use the same styling, so they’re the same color and width. Typically, we like to style Next buttons wider and brighter and Previous buttons shorter and duller, so they take up less attention.

We need the ability to style Previous buttons differently, or have them styled better out of the box as differentiated from the Next and Submit buttons.
Couldn’t agree more. It’s poor usability, especially with the “Back” button appearing first when the buttons are stacked in a narrow column.
