Form visibility in client profile

Hey,

We are using the free version of Hubspot and would love help with the following please.

When a form is completed by a client and pumped into their contacts record it:

1) gets easily lost in the stream of acitivity. Yes we can put a fillter on but if you also choose emails as part of the filter then the form still get lost. Is there a way to keep the form at the top? OR even better in the left hand client info section?

2) when I open up the form properties to view them within the client contact they are in a jumbled response not in the order laid out in the questionnaire/form. Is there a way to control this and keep the format that we designed in Forms?

Hi @lauralaura

For number 1 - you could add the recent conversion property to the about box, thereby keeping their most recent form fill front and centre.

For number 2 - no way to control this at the moment - I hadn’t even noticed it wasn’t in form order! I suggest checking the ideas forum for any ideas you can vote on, or adding one yourself.

Thanks for your help on this one.

I have tried to follow your advice and added the property “number of form submissions” to the about section. So this now at least shows me that this person has completed a form and how many. I do still however have to go filtering to find the form. Is this right? Have I missed anything? I couldn’t find a ‘recent conversion property’ option. Should I be able to have the form information in the about section too?

I have done it previously where we had each question/property from a short questionnaire listed in the about section but this just isn’t ideal on our current 3 page questionnaire. I would like to just be able to see a preview of the completed form from within the contacts page.

I appreciate your help on this one!

Hi @lauralaura

The contact property I was referring to is just called ‘Recent conversion’ and it contains the name of form submitted last along with the page it was sumbmitted on.

If you want to see all the properties submitted in a specific form more easily, then adding these to the about section is one way. On Pro/Ent accounts it is now also possible to create custom sections for the left hand sidebar.
