Form tool further customisation

Good morning all,

Hope you are well!

I am currently using a 3rd party survey/forms tool at extra cost to the business. We ideally want to run all our surveys/forms through HubSpot.

However I can’t seem to be able to recreate a basic matrix question below. I have basic knowledge of HTML and I think I could try to fix it if i have hold of the raw HTML but I have contacted hubspot support a few times now and it seems like I cant even get that.

Can anyone help me?

Hey, @DJames4 :waving_hand: Thanks for your question. I have a few options and I agree with what support has told you, having access to the raw HTML won’t allow you to customize a form in the manner you want. You’ll likely need to create a custom form and use the Form API to submit it to your portal.
