Form submission API - only available in legacy Document

I wanted to update the Form submission API from v2 to v3.

But I am only able to find that API under Legacy Documentation on the following URL: https://legacydocs.hubspot.com/docs/methods/forms/submit_form?_ga=2.164979002.468246430.1669202469-1202545837.1654173113

As it shows there is a new version present, and on the new version API for forms on the following URL but there is no endpoint present for form submission

Just want to check if implementing the API from legacy documentation would create any issues in future as there is still development in progress for this form API. Would the legacy APIs be deperecated anytime soon.

Will there be form submisison API developed for latest APIs also, what would be the benefits of shifting from legacy APIs to new APIs specifically for forms?

Hi, @SRanawat :waving_hand: Thanks for reaching out.

To your overall question — legacy endpoints are stable and supported unless explicitly noted. All changes will be noted in the Changelog There is not a beta version of the form submission endpoint yet. You are not missing an available option.

For the questions around any additional form submission endpoint(s), I have to defer to the above changelog, as it is our source of truth. I honestly do not have any additional knowledge on the rollout schedule for this beta.

Legacy endpoints for forms are safe to build with. As to benefits, it’s hard to speak to that without seeing the full functionality for a specific endpoint. It will be easier to have confidence once things enter the beta.

Best,
