I am looking to run a report (or a list) which shows me form submissions by quarter/month/week. I know the form analytics shows the total number but I need to do a more detailed analysis to understand the percentage that are addressable to our SDRs - I can not do that unless I can report on submission date alongside other contact fields.
Importantly, I want to be able to report on new contacts that are created from that form submission as well as existing contacts that completed the form submission during their nurture.
Because I have a number of forms on the website, I would like to be able to do the above on all individual forms.

Thanks for tagging me. I think you can achieve this using lists:
Create an active list for the form you need and select " refine filter condition" - is between and fill in the dates you need. Once you have this list created you can create a custom report using this list as a criterion to segment your database and get information specific to the contacts who submitted the form in your specified date range.

Use the " date of step" option to capture the date of form submission. Enrollment trigger can be - Any form submission on any page ( or customized as per your need) To differentiate new contacts that are created from that form submission and existing contacts that completed the form submission during their nurture - you can filter the list using the condition " create date" is before or after " form submission date" ( captured using the workflow described above )
