Form losing its styling

Hi Everyone,

Start 2 days ago, all the Hubspot form on the website is losing its styling. Also, an error appears in the Browser Console. It says “shell.js:13 Couldn’t find target container #hbspt-form-xxx for HubSpot Form xxx. Not rendering form onto the page”

I am not sure what the problem is. It worked before.

hi @yudhi_hamzah , it looks like your form has the option “Unstyled Form” selected here: Forms | HubSpot

I made a PUT request to that form and it should update that option and render properly now. I did change a few things accidentally (some placeholder text was deleted I believe) so doublecheck the form and make sure the fields and form options are correct.
