Form fill notification report

Is there a way to pull a report showing all my forms and which email addresses are indicated with each to receive notifications?

I’m relatively new to my organizaiton, and I’m finding there are some forms set up with an email address that is for an inactive distribution list and others where only former employees’ email addresses are set for notifications. Essentially, I’m not getting notified of some new form fills, and would like to pull a report showing all my current forms and all the email addresses associated for notifications. This would be much easier and quicker than going into each of hundreds of forms that were built over time.

Any ideas?

Hi @CSTAGGS

The easiest way if for you to create a filter that shows all Contacts that filled in a Form (or forms you select). You could also add a date filter.

Go to you Contacts (top menu) and set up a Filter (left menu).

Add a filter and select “Form submission”. You can then choose which Forms you want to see on your list.

If you’re on Marketing Pro you’ll find the Lists even more powerful.

Have fun

Hi Mike,

Just a clarification, I’m not looking for email addresses of those who’ve filled out a form. Rather, I’m wanting to see which internal (to my company) emails are indicated in the “Options” --> “Send submission email notifications to” field. In other words, when someone fills out a form, to whom inside my organizaiton are those notifications going. At one point, someone set up a “leadgen@ourcompany.com” email account and some form submissions are going to that InBox. However, no one monitors that InBox and I have no idea which of our existing forms are set up that way.

I’d like a report that shows all my forms and the email addresses indicated in the “send submisison email notifications to” field data. That way I can quickly identify which forms I need to update that option for.

Oh, thank you for the clarification.

There’s some good news and some bad news…

The bad news - I can’t see any way to extract that list from the Forms system in HubSpot.

The good news - it is possible (according to the documentation) to code a solution that gets the Notification Recipents for every form.

Alternate news - you could set up HubSpot’s Conversation Inbox to handle your generic email address (e.g. leadgen@ourcompany.com) which would be cheaper than custom coded solutions and a better long term strategy.

Curious to know if that works for you?

Mike

Thanks, Mike! Appreciated :slightly_smiling_face:
