Form fields not displaying

I’m hoping you can help me with something…

I’ve created an email invitation for an event, if you click the link to RSVP it goes to a landing page that I’ve created to register for the event. On the landing page there are several fields – first name, last name, email, company, dietary requirements etc. But when you click the link it’s only showing the email field…

Create marketing contacts is on, so progressive fields is off… I can’t see why this is happening.. can you help??

This might’ve been a cache issue, I’m seeing your form fields perfectly fine:

If these do not reflect your latest changes, please do the following:

• make sure that your form edits are pushed live by clicking the orange button in the top right corner of the form editor
• hard refresh your browser tab, clean cookies / cache or use another browser entirely
