Form Calculation

Hi there,
I am trying to create a calculated form for our website but rather than using a 3rd party, I thought we could use the forms within Hubspot itself. I am trying to create something like this: Khums - The Zahra Trust USA
Is this possible with Forms and if not, what can I integrate into the forms so all the data stays within Hubspot?
