We currently use two reports that show the amount of contacts that we bring in both “Paid” and “Non-Paid”. Our fiscal year is July-June and when we try and click the “fiscal year” check box that is in the filters, they do not work. Upon saving, it unchecks the box and the axis continues to show “January-December”. We need to be able to operate off of the fiscal year and this is a huge set back for us to not be able to see our data in such a manner.
I’m having the same issue. I’ve had a play around and can’t seem to get the axis to run the months in the order of Fiscal year instead of just Jan-December. Did you, by any chance, find a solution to this? I feel like there must be a way that I just can’t seem to figure out. Thanks in advance for any help.
Unfortunately there isn’t a solution or workaround for this yet. Hopefully
we can get some votes for this topic and it can be pushed into beta. It’s
definitely something that my organization needs for reporting.
