Any ideas if it is possible to create a list filter or workflow where the criteria is Form Name - Contains, rather than having to specify exact form names as filters?
We are migrating over from Active Campaign and via tracking code, can see forms that have been completed there. I want to create a list, filtering by the AC form number.

This can be done by filtering for the contact property “Recent conversion has ever contained any of”, see here: HubSpot's default contact properties

Thank you, yes that works. The specific phrase on the filter is “contains exactly” for others references. I am presuming that, this will only look at the most recent converstion (as the name suggests) so if I search based on a form submission that was superceded by another submission, it will not return a result?
@GHector0 exactly, it will be overwritten – which is why I suggested to filter for “has ever contained”.
So would this work for sending out an automated email after the contact has filled out a specific form? We used to specify each and every form through the filtered list, but having a smarter way to filter these contacts wold be much appreciated.

Quick tip, when replying to older posts, make sure you use the “@” tag a specific user so that they get a notification, as they might not get a reply notification for an untagged reply. — Jaycee
Apologies, I was looking at contact filter and hadn’t looked in the list filter. Excellent, thanks for your assistance.
It would be much easier to manage form filters !
