File Usage Does Not Include HubDB

We are using a page that is gathering information from HubDB regarding our upcoming events that always includes text and images. When I was supposed to clean our files and remove images that are no longer in use I discovered this issue that images that are used through HubDB aren’t visible in file details. Therefore it is making the process of cleaning up files a lot more difficult then what it should be. We risk removing an image file that is actually in use through HubDB because it doesn’t appear under “This file is used in”.

Please add this function, so that the files in use will also be visible in file details even though they are gathered from HubDB.

I agreed that this is an annoying issue. I just deleted an image that said “This file is not used anywhere” but it was actually an important thumbnail in a HubDB table we have on our site.

P.S. I almost created a new post because I didn’t see this one. I would recommend renaming the post to “File Usage Does Not Include HubDB”
