Feedback forms

New to Hubspot, currently have a Microsoft feedback form that we send out as a link, then we can view the responses on it. Can we load this to Hubspot, or create one without having Service Hub subscription?

Hi @JSamuel85 ,

  • Yeah for normal feedback purposes you can use HubSpot forms even without service Hub.
    • It wont work exactly like NPS, or CSAT which is fine.
  • Just create the form with two properties
    • Rating Dropdown 1-10
    • Rating Reason
  • You will be able to see the response and report on it as well!

Hi,

Thank you for your reply!

We currenly have more than 8 questions on our Microsoft form, so can I still create something like this or does it have to be with two properties only?

Many thanks

You can create as many properties as you want and use them on your form.

Hi, I have created a form, so thank you for your solution. Can I ask, if I am the creator of the form, am I the only one who can view the submission results?

So submission results lives on 2 places:

  • Contact record which submitted the form
    • For this one if you want to restrict access you will have to make user permissions to “owned only” for contacts and make sure you are the owner.
    • If its an open data that anyone can see that they just need to look at contact record
  • Second is: Email notification for form submission
    • This can be edited on form options by default its set to form creator

Hi,

I have a problem with the form I have created - when I preview the link it has my details already filled in, when I need these options to be blank?

@JSamuel85 Sure thing!

  • The link has your details pre-filled, but it appears the link is broken.
  • To resolve this, when editing your form:
    • Go to “Options.”
    • You’ll find two fields:
      • “Add a reset link to the form”: Use this to remove pre-populated content and create a new contact upon submission.
      • “Pre-populate the contact field with known value”: Use this if you want to re-submit values without pre-filling information for visitors.
  • This is useful when offering an ebook or when you already have visitor information in your CRM.
  • If you don’t need this, you can disable it.
