Hello HubSpot Team and Community,
I would like to request an enhancement to the current Slack integration. Currently, HubSpot can only be connected to one Slack workspace per account. I’d like to propose expanding this to support multiple Slack workspaces.
The Challenge: Our company operates across multiple Slack workspaces to keep different departments or projects organized. Because the current integration is limited to a single workspace, only one part of our organization can receive real-time notifications and utilize the data sync features.
The Impact:
Information Silos: Teams in other workspaces are unable to benefit from the HubSpot-Slack synergy.
Communication Lags: We are experiencing delays in information sharing because notifications can’t be routed to the relevant teams across different workspaces.
Limited Scalability: As our organization grows, this limitation prevents HubSpot from being the truly centralized platform we need it to be.
The Goal: By enabling multi-workspace support, HubSpot would become much more versatile for enterprise-level users or companies with decentralized team structures. It would ensure that every team, regardless of which workspace they live in, stays aligned with our CRM data.
I believe this update would significantly increase HubSpot’s value as a company-wide platform. Please consider this for your product roadmap!
現在、HubSpotと連携できるSlackワークスペースは1つに限定されていますが、これを複数のワークスペースと連携できるように拡張していただきたいです。
弊社では複数のSlackワークスペースを運用しております。しかし、現在の仕様では特定の1つのワークスペースにしか通知やデータ連携ができないため、他のワークスペースを利用しているチームがHubSpotの恩恵を十分に受けられず、情報共有にタイムラグが生じています。
マルチワークスペースに対応することで、企業全体のプラットフォームとしてHubSpotの活用がさらに進むと考えています。ぜひご検討をお願いいたします。
