As a HubSpot customer, I appreciate the privacy and consent settings that notify us when forms are missing a required data privacy section. However, while the settings clearly state how many forms are non-compliant, there is currently no way to view, filter, or export a list of which specific forms require action.
This creates a significant compliance and administrative burden, especially for organizations with many forms. For effective privacy management, it is essential to quickly identify, review, and remediate any forms missing the data privacy field.
Request:
Please add functionality that allows users to (1) view a list of forms missing the data privacy section directly within the UI, and/or (2) export this list for audit and update purposes. Ideally, this would include form names and direct links for easy review and resolution.
This would dramatically improve compliance workflows, reduce manual review time, and ensure organizations remain aligned with privacy best practices.
