We created a landing page for an upcoming in person event. The people that registered filled out a form . I can see the submissions and am trying to export them. At the top of the page there is a button to export I go through the steps of exporting but am not getting the file emailed to me? How do I trouble shoot this?

You might’ve disabled email notifications: Set up user notifications in HubSpot
I’d recommend revising your notification settings. Should email notifications be turned on and you’re still not receiving emails, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
If you can’t get that to work, there are still in app notifications. In the top right of the HubSpot menu, there’s a bell icon, potentially the export is showing there.
