I created a simple report and the view is appropriate while in the app. However, when exporting, I get an unsummarized view with Company Name and Contact Name listed numerous times down the rows. I don’t know why I am getting all of the duplicate data. I am viewing Company Name, Contact Name, Contact Owner and Next Scheduled Call (custom field). The export will list company name and contact name multiple times.

I have noticed that this issue commonly arises when multiple data sources are selected for a report. If this is your case, I would suggest creating a duplicate of the report, removing any unnecessary data sources, and attempting the export again to determine if the problem persists.

I updated data sources to a single source and still recieved the same output.

This does seem to occur when it is a custom report with multiple data sources, a quick fix if you are using a table, as I was mainly interested in the columns, you can set an arbitrary value as a field, then they unsummarzied data will appear the same, you can then export it like this. Not ideal, strange that you can’t just export a report to a csv.
