There should be a process for admin to export a list of the “book a meeting with me” URL’s for all users instead of having to go into every profile separately to copy and paste.
This could be useful. @JDonald1 what’s your use case?
HR requested a document with all users URL’s to update our staff intranet
and resources. Would have been great to just click one button and export a
csv file. Thanks.
Completely agree with this.
Another use case (for us) is that we want to add the meeting link to each person’s email footer, which is managed at domain level. Users can add it manually for themself but when we make any change globally, they lose it again.
This is functionality that Calendly has and we found it to be very useful in our organization. We have external resources that are monitored by non-sales teams and they need access to the sales teams meeting URLs. A quick and easy export was always easy and took less than a minute and were able to share broadly vs asking individuals to copy and paste theirs into a shared document (which is the current “Hubspot workaround”.
I was looking for a solution to this issue, and came across this thread. OUr use case: We want to be able to do a full refresh on all of our meeting links, and make a list for us to perform an audit on all the links we currently have, but it looks like we need to go in 1 by 1, and check the links - which with a team of a few people may leave some questions if a meeting link was checked or not. So for us, it would be the ability to review everything we have in a more efficient way.
