@KenF Thanks for the help! But I still got a problem, our conversation was safed in inbox’bot, can’t I export the data in bot?
Status: Not Currently Planned
@EvonneDaithe app should list all Inboxes and then save all Conversations from that Inbox to CSV. If you’re not seeing some conversations from a bot, maybe that data is somehow outside of the Inboxes that the API has access to.
If possible, please share more detail about the inbox’bot or bot you are using and I will try to figure out why you’re not seeing that data in the export.
This feature is a major need - we need a way to export conversation content to analyze common issues/reasons for inquiries.
Pessoal, urge a necessidade de conseguirmos exportar conversas de Whatsapp dos chats online parar formatos PDF e/ou planilhas também. Isso é básico e impacta diretamente no controle para o time de Sales/CS.
Hey everyone, just wanted to share that the app has gone through considerable bug fixing and has added a number of features.
You can now:
- Select from channels like Live Chat, Facebook Messenger, Email, Forms, Customer Portal Thread View, WhatsApp, Calls, and SMS
- Filter by Month and Year
The app still struggles with large amounts of messages over 10,000 so the date filter is particularly useful in allowing you to select the data you want.
Please see my original post below for a link to the app.
Hi
It’s great to meet everyone
I build would like to build a “Export Chats to Excel” app to help out you lovely people. I will go through all of your messages in this thread to pull out what features you are looking for, but it would be extra helpful if you re-posted to show your current interest or just send me a private message.
Many thanks
Daniel
Hi @KenF . Sorry, but I didn’t see your last message before I posted on here. It seems like you almost have a ready-made solution and if you’re planning on publishing your app to the marketplace, then it might make sense for me to tackle a different problem.
Hi @DBall7 , no worries you can try Conversations Export from the link earlier in the replies. HubSpot discourages outside links so I just refer people to the original post. I should have an application into the marketplace soon.
I agree that I was under the impression the data from conversations belongs to the customer so there should be a simple way to dexport that data. We need this data to be able to analyze it for our business and to improve our service to our customers.
+1
We need export of all ticket threads to see reply quality and how many resposes before case is closed. This is crucial for data analysis and also in need for training purposes of AI agents that can help make the process more efficient.
