Currently the email builder only provides two kinds of smart rules: for list subscription and for lifecycle stage. I find these two options too limiting, as I would like to be able to create rules based on geographical region or language.
Therefore I would like to expand the smart rules to more properties if not all properties for multiple objects (account, contact, etc.)

Upvote! Particularly being able to base a rule not just on contact but on deal/other object properties (eg. if an email is sent through a deal-based workflow) would be just fantastic.
Yes, we are wanting to send content with different voices based on gender without having to make a bunch of lists.
YES! Annoying that Pardot, Marketo and Eloqua have this option but HubSpot doesn’t.
