It happened two times in a row, I clicked start exam then “time’s up” appears saying that I scored 0/60. I am unable to take the exam.

Can you confirm this issue occurs across multiple browsers and after clearing your cache?

Yes, that happened with firefox before clearing everything and after and even when I changed the browser.
