Errors installing Hubspot CLI into Node.js on Mac

User is running macOS Ventura. A ticket came in requesting we install the Hubspot CLI in Node.js. Error state 1 describes the error we received when trying to run the install without local admin permissions, where error state 2 is running in an elevated command prompt.

I’m the only apple guy in our support team and this is a little out of my depth. Would love some insight.
