hi all,
i get an email saying “your export is delivered” and there is a download button to get the xls or csv, but when i click on it i get this error message:

Normalmente este error puede estar relacionado con alguna extensión que tengas configurada en tu navegador, ej: AdBlocker, etc.
Te recomendaría que deshabilitaras las extensiones de tu navegador una por una para ver si alguna de ellas está causando un conflicto de fondo. ¿Podrías por favor deshabilitar tus extensiones? Puedes encontrar aquí cómo hacerlo.

Hi Sharon, regrettably that didnt work… 
I disabled completely my adblock and another extension i had but still i get same error:

¿Haz intentado abrir el enlace desde una página desde incógnito? ¿Algún otro usuario tiene el mismo problema? ¿podrías enviarme una captura con el error?

hi sharon, actually that did work! i am getting an email with a link so my computer automatically opens a standard tab in my browser, but just copying and pasting to an incognito tab, everything goes smoothly. thank you very much for your patience!!
