Error 500 while retrieving contacts data

Hi there,

We getting error 500 “Internal Server Error” while retrieving contacts data:

We working with several clients accounts but only one of them fails with 500 error. All others work as expected.

Please advise how it can be fixed.

This error indicates when a third-party integration sends an API request to HubSpot, they can sometimes encounter a 500 internal error. This is a transient error that can appear randomly depending on the number of API requests we are receiving at that time. In situations like this, the integration will need to send the API request again after a short delay.

Would it be possible for them to resubmit the request to check if it is now returning the correct status code?

Taking this over from @Eugene_Teren.

This error is specific to only one account and appears for each request to legacy Contacts endpoint /contacts/v1/lists/all/contacts/all. Even manual requests through Postman fail with 500 Internal Error.

Sending request without any property params also result in error.

We can send "correlationId"s if needed.
