Is there a way to make the pie chart render larger? There is a lot of white space around it, and the chart looks small on the dashboard so it’s harder to read than the others.

You can resize a report by hovering your mouse over the lower right corner and then dragging/dropping your mouse:
The only other way to remove white space woul be disabling the totals row and data labels in the report editor:
Besides that, you can’t influence how much white space there is. It’s a matter of resizing it adequately.
